Since 1995, Culinary Farms’ mission has been to sell the freshest, most flavorful natural ingredients. Starting with air dried and then sun dried tomatoes, in 1998 we added authentic Mexican dried chiles to round out our offering.

Based in agriculture-rich northern California, we are privately held and managed by an experienced team. We understand food processing – from quality control and accountability, to the actual growing, sun drying and dehydrating of products for processing and fresh markets.

Our operations are run with forethought and consistency using a variety of tools including harvest plans, a network of carefully managed growers and just-in-time service support.

At Culinary Farms we are focused on reliable, measurable product quality and maintain an extensive Quality Assurance Program. Independent groups, including customer auditors and independent consultants, routinely review our programs.
